تم الإفراج مساء أمس عن المدون وناشط الأنترنت”محمد رفعت بيومي” صاحب مدونة “مطبات http://matabbat.blogspot.com/ ،والذى كان معتقلا بموجب قانون الطوارئ منذ 25 أغسطس الماضي.يذكر أنه تم القبض على”رفعت” منذ 21/7/2008 وتم التحقيق معه بمعرفة نيابة أمن الدولة العليا واتهمته بالانضمام إلى جماعة مؤسسة على خلاف أحكام الدستور وحيازة مطبوعات للترويج لتلك الجماعة عبر شبكة المعلومات…
